NAM-CSIRT preferred method of reporting security incidents or vulnerabilities is by sending an email to report@nam-csirt.na which a duty officer monitors during hours of operation.
All incident information will be handled with due diligence and communicated based on the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) restrictions. Read more about TLP: https://www.first.org/tlp/
PGP is used for functional exchanges (incident reports, alerts, etc.) with our partners and constituents. All reported incidents should be reported using the PGP encryption method. All communication must be signed using a PGP public key.
